SI Extra Mustard’s Hot Clicks knows exactly who I am.  They have gotten to the bottom of my fantasy football soul, and have placed it on tape.  It’s a sad story.

My favorite was a while back when the Dodgers took Chan Ho Park’s finest suit and turned it into a tank top and shorts on a road trip. As you could imagine, Chan Ho was none too pleased about that. Here’s Josh Barfield from last year, courtesy 100% Injury Rate:

Also head over there to check their awesome compilation of the best rookie hazing this year in baseball. Believe me, there are some beauties.

Tommy Lee and Kid Rock got into a rumble a few weeks ago at the VMA’s over site favorite, Pamela Anderson. As the venerable Rev Sultan said, why give away for free what they can sell? With that in mind, Ben Maller points out that the two are getting courted for a royal rumble:

KID Rock and Tommy Lee weren’t too interested when Las Vegas entertainment maven Jeff Beacher offered them $1 million to settle their feud with a winner-take-all boxing match - but now the pot has gotten even sweeter. “I’ve teamed up with legendary boxing promoter Bob Arum,” Beacher told us, “and now the prize is $5 million.”

Normally I’m not into this sort of Celebrity Death Match type of deal, but I can really get down with this. A couple of skinny rock stars to duke it out? That would be tight. Please let it happen.

First, we had the Oregon Duck mascot kicking the Houston Cougar mascot’s ass. Now, we have a bit of a twist on that story. As I saw on Ballhype, Arrowhead Addict spotted video of the Chiefs’ mascot whopping up on a fan’s ass. Check it out:

Can we credit Wolf with an assisted tackle for clearing the pile on that one? Mascots having fun, I love it.

Fornelli’s better half over at Foul Balls picked up on a report from Charley Casserly Sunday. Casserly said on Inside the NFL that cheerleaders will be restricted to only certain on-field locations so as not to be as big of a distraction:

No longer will [the cheerleaders] be allowed to warm up in front of the visiting team locker room or do their stretching in front of the visiting team locker room and they can’t go in the tunnel! The reason? Some players feel they were being a little distracted.

I could be wrong, but I always thought the cheerleaders were there for that exact reason. Maybe that’s why they’re trying to move them out of the way. I guess they’re trying to avoid future Jake Plummer situations. Nice job, Panger.

Because if he defends his players like this after they get ripped unfairly by the media, then he’s quite the protector.

Congrats Mike Gundy, that’s the way to stand up for a player. And as far as Jennie Carlson goes, don’t pick on a kid just because his mother fed him food after a game. To infer he’s a weak player because of one such incident is absolutely absurd. Way out of line.
