Getting to Know You

Not often that I do something like this, that’s why I’ve included a picture of Jessica Biel to ease your pain. So, if you have a few minutes, I would be much obliged if you could fill out this survey. Probably won’t take more than a couple minutes.
And you know what? I’m such a nice guy, I’m willing to compensate you for your efforts. I have a couple of sweet DVDs to send your way. The first five people to complete the survey and send me an email saying you’ve done so will receive a copy of Baseball’s Most Unbreakable Feats on DVD.
