Aaron Judge out at least three weeks with chip fracture

Aaron Judge

Aaron Judge will miss some significant time over the next month.

The New York Yankees announced on Thursday night that Judge has a chip fracture in his right wrist.

Judge was hit by a pitch in the first inning. He remained in the game for another few innings and even got a hit in the third before being replaced in the fourth. Judge was examined by the team doctor and then went to the hospital for further testing.

Judge is batting .285 with a .947 OPS this season. His Yankees are second in the AL East behind Boston but leading the wild-card race.
