Chris Correa, the former St. Louis Cardinals scouting director who hacked the Houston Astros’ database over a year span from 2013-2014, was sentenced to 46 months in prison on Monday for his crimes.

Correa pleated guilty in January to five counts related to his hacking, so he had been awaiting his sentencing. He admitted to using unauthorized access to view scouting reports, evaluations and other internal notes from the Astros. Correa gained the access because the passwords used by some of the Astros employees were similar to the ones they used on their computers when they worked for the Cardinals.

Though Correa has the 46 months to serve and over $279,000 in restitution to pay, per the St. Louis Post Dispatch, the punishments do not end there.

The Cardinals are also facing discipline from MLB which can amount to fines, reduced draft budgets and even a loss of draft picks.

“Now that the criminal process has been completed, Commissioner Manfred has asked the Department of Investigations to conduct a complete investigation of the facts in this matter, including requesting information from the appropriate law enforcement authorities. The Commissioner hopes that the investigation can be completed promptly to put him in a position to take appropriate action,” MLB said in a statement.
