I think this is pretty ridiculous to say that about Torre. He seems to win no matter where he goes and is an amazing manager. Believe me, as a Red Sox fan for 19 years, its tough to argue that Torre makes teams win. Your right, what did change from the Cubs to Phillies series, other than Philly being a much better team, and a team that has a hot bat and strong bullpen. The Dodgers dont have a bullpen, and havent. They don’t have a closer. They only thing they had, was offense. When your depend on offense, your gonna get stopped every once in awhile. So yes, Torre is an amazing manager, and he deserves all the credit he gets.
