Matt Harvey relieved ‘nightmare of a season’ is over
Once the undisputed ace of the New York Mets, Matt Harvey has experienced a very long fall from grace over the last two years.
Harvey concluded his worst season as a professional on Friday, giving up seven hits and four runs in a loss to the Philadelphia Phillies. Needless to say, the right-hander is not exactly upset that his season is over.

Harvey finished the season with a 6.70 ERA in 92 innings, striking out only 67 and walking 47. The Mets will be keeping him for 2018, and he looks to have a lot of issues to work out before the new season.
