Max Scherzer attends Caps, Redskins games after being eliminated

The Nats ace, who pitched six innings of one-run ball in the decisive NLDS Game 5 against the Dodgers, attended Saturday’s Capitals game against the Islanders — a game the Caps won 2-1.
