Milton Bradley once texted his wife’s father video of the couple having sex

Milton-Bradley

Former MLB outfielder Milton Bradley is a twisted individual. We have seen him blow up on fans, umpires and managers and heard disturbing stories about his history of domestic abuse with the late Monique Bradley, but apparently most people don’t know the half of it.

A lengthy Sports Illustrated story that was published this week outlines years of marital issues that existed between Bradley and his wife. The entire piece, which includes several accounts of physical and mental abuse, is worth reading if you can stomach it.

Included in the article are some text messages that Bradley once sent to Monique’s father when he was upset that her parents were staying at his house.

MILTON BRADLEY: And u mfs need to get the f— out of my house. And that goes for your ho of a daughter, too. Try me.

BRADLEY: I’m gonna embarrass your whole family when I prove what a groupie ho your daughter is.

Then he sent Roger Williams a video of himself and Monique having sex.

BRADLEY: That’s your daughter getting f—– … and there’s more where that came from.

Milton and Monique filed for divorce several times, only to later reconcile. Bradley was sentenced to nearly three years in prison for spousal abuse in July 2013, but he has been going through the appeals process and has yet to spend any time in jail. He allegedly swung a bat at Monique on one occasion and threatened her life on several others.

Monique died at age 33 on Sept. 14, 2013. The causes of death were listed as cryptogenic cirrhosis of the liver, hemorrhagic shock and cardiac arrest.
