Tim Tebow hits 2-run home run in first career minor league at-bat
Tim Tebow may just have a magical touch.
Appearing in his first career minor league game, Tebow smacked a 2-run home run to left field in his first career minor league at-bat Thursday:

Can you imagine that? You could almost predict it with Tebow.
Even though there has been a buzz about Tebow’s baseball career for several months, this is his first minor league game. He previously played in the Arizona Fall League, batting .194 with three doubles and no homers in 62 at-bats. He then appeared in minor league spring training for the Mets, and when he did get a shot at a big-leaguer, it did not go well.
Still, for a guy who hadn’t played since high school to homer in his first at-bat in Single-A ball is pretty cool. Tebow was starting for the Columbus Fireflies of the South Atlantic League. He batted seventh and played left field. And he accounted for the first two runs of the game.
