Charles Barkley: Cavaliers will not make NBA Finals
Looks like LeBron James will have his latest reason to be annoyed with Charles Barkley.
Speaking on TNT prior to Monday’s Golden State Warriors-Cleveland Cavaliers game, Barkley predicted that the Cavaliers would not reach the NBA Finals this year:

The Cavs and Warriors have met in the Finals for three straight seasons, with the Warriors winning the first and third series between the teams.
This time around, it certainly seems less likely that the Cavs make it back to the Finals compared to past seasons.
Cleveland experienced a major change in the offseason when Kyrie Irving was traded to Boston for Isaiah Thomas. Thomas is coming back from a hip injury, and it’s hard to know how well the team will play with him and whether he’ll regain full strength. Meanwhile, Boston has looked strong since the start of the season and seems to be legitimate competition for the Cavs.
Even if the Cavs do make it back, they don’t seem to be as strong as they were in past years.
Still, these comments will do nothing to mend the relationship between Chuck and LeBron, which has been strained over notable past incidents.
