Danny Green misses Spurs game due to bad spaghetti
NBA players better start being careful before chowing down on spaghetti before games.
The San Antonio Spurs announced on Friday night that Danny Green would miss the team’s game against the Denver Nuggets because of an illness. Green told reporters he got some case of food poisoning after eating a bad spaghetti dinner on Thursday night.
Sounds like Danny Green is a no-go tonight. Said he picked up some kind of food poisoning last night from a bad spaghetti dinner.

Green was able to warm up with the Spurs before the game, but the San Antonio Express-News’ Jabari Young reported that Green headed back to the team hotel to rest.
Danny Green (illness) will not be on the bench tonight. Headed back to team hotel to rest. #Spurs staying over in Denver …will fly to Cleveland in the morning.

As bizarre as this situation sounds, it should not be unfamiliar for NBA fans. Another player struggled in a game and ended up vomiting for the same reason.
