DeMarcus Cousins goes Marshawn Lynch while answering Kings questions
DeMarcus Cousins will face the Sacramento Kings on Friday for the first time since he was traded to the New Orleans Pelicans, but the big man insists he is treating it like just another game.
While speaking with reporters after practice on Thursday, Cousins pretended he had no idea the Pelicans were scheduled to host his former team. He then did his best Marshawn Lynch impression, answering every Kings-related with the same cliche.

It would appear Cousins studied Lynch’s infamous “I’m just here so I don’t get fined” press conference from the Super Bowl a couple years ago.
Boogie knows all eyes will be on him on Friday, and that’s probably something he will enjoy. You have to commend him for trying not to create headlines or become a distraction. Matt Barnes took a much different approach before his first time facing the Kings after they parted ways with him.
