Draymond Green does not want to chase wins record again
The Golden State Warriors made history last season by winning 73 games in the regular season — the most ever.
Though the Dubs will go down in history as the most successful team during the regular season thanks to their 73-9 record, trying to break that record is not something Draymond Green wants to do this season.
Speaking at the Warriors’ media day on Monday, Green said that he does not want to chase that record because of how difficult it is. He even said he thinks going 82-0 is physically impossible.
Draymond: "Quite frankly, I don't want to win 74 games, 75 games. It's brutal."

After their regular season success, the Warriors blew a 3-1 lead in the NBA Finals and lost to the Cleveland Cavaliers, so they did not even end up achieving their ultimate goal of winning a championship. That plus going through the rigors of trying to win each regular season game makes the thought of trying to repeat it tough for Green.
As for Green, he probably has his priorities in the right place and should focus less on breaking the 73-wins record and more on avoiding groin punches.
