Gilbert Arenas: Laura Govan created fake Instagram to make me look bad

Gilbert Arenas and ex-girlfriend Laura Govan have one of the most unstable, tumultuous relationships possible. The two have four children together, yet they constantly fight with one another via social media and see their situations play out in the courts when it comes to custody and child support arguments.

This week has been especially volatile in their relationship as there was an insinuation from Laura that Gilbert messed around with Laura’s sister, Gloria, who is Matt Barnes’ estranged wife. Gilbert said that was false. Then on Wednesday, Arenas said on Instagram that Laura created a phony Instagram account to make him look bad.

The account is called “wehategilbert” and it attempts to mock the former NBA player.

Here’s what Gil said about the account (edited for bad language):

“I know ppl think i randomly f— with #laura and she doesnt bother me…this is what yall dont be seeing.. @wehategilbert is laura govan, shes stopped posting on it #jan25 becuz we proved to the courts it was her and we were going to court #feb3rd…the 6th picture with the kids in the car is what got her screwed IT WAS NEVER posted on social media just str8 from her phone #dumbass… hurry and go read the hashtags before she erases them #inrealLifeShesSick……….SHE TELLS on herself (shaq) #TheseAreFactsNOTJUSTWORDS @wsims13 is also laura”

So Gil says this photo shared by that Instagram account came strictly from Laura’s phone, which helped them crack the case and prove it was owned by Laura.

Recall that Laura once had Gilbert served with child support papers at halftime of a game!

Bottom line: these two are both crazy and dramatic and it’s easy to see how they ended up together and having multiple children.
