Hawks accidentally left Jeff Teague behind at Palace after game
The Atlanta Hawks beat the Detroit Pistons on Saturday night, and after the game, they loaded up the bus and headed off. Just one problem: they forgot their point guard.
Jeff Teague posted the image, originally captured by a Reddit user, to his Instagram confirming that, yes, the Hawks had left him stranded at the Palace.
Teague had fun with it. He even shared the Crying Jordan version.
Also, is that a pizza he’s holding, and why is he carrying it like that? Questions, questions. We know the Hawks discussed trading Teague earlier in the season, but this seems a bit much. But hey, if this happened to another prominent sports figure, then Teague shouldn’t feel so badly about it.
