Joakim Noah threw tantrum after being called for foul (Video)
Joakim Noah and DeMarcus Cousins engaged in quite the battle during Thursday’s game between the Chicago Bulls and Sacramento Kings.
In the third quarter, Noah’s frustration boiled over when Cousins made the most of what appeared to be minimal contact from Noah, which resulted in quite the tantrum from Noah after he was whistled for his third foul in less than a minute.
If you were going to give that tantrum a grade, it would get a passing mark for sure. That might be better than some children could produce. The jump, the stomp, the gesturing with arms, it’s all so good.
There’s little question Joakim Noah is the emotional leader of the Bulls. Teammates feed off of his energy and passion. When Noah is fired up, fans at the United Center in Chicago get fired up. From that standpoint you don’t want him to change. It may just mean dealing with moments like this every now and then.
