Report: John Wall only has soreness in shoulder, no structural damage
Washington Wizards fans can breathe a sigh of relief.
John Wall’s shoulder injury suffered on Friday against the Cleveland Cavaliers does not sound serious. The Vertical’s Shams Charania says Wall has no structural damage, just soreness.

Wall suffered a shoulder injury against the Cavs and only shot 4-of-13 from the field and 5-of-12 from the free throw line. He went in for X-rays after the game that turned up negative, which was a good sign, but he was in a sling after the game. He also offered this concerning quote.

This is great news for the Wizards, who would loathe to see their star point guard and team leader miss time.
