		<description>What are these guys thinking?  First Baron Davis and now Josh Howard.  Professional athletes are blessed with enough talent to have fame and wealth.  They are in a profession that is pretty much immune to inflation.  They have offseasons in which to kick back and party.  Yet they cannot even wait and they disappoint their team and their coach.  I know Avery Johnson will land another job and be successful.  Unfortunately there will always be an owner and GM who will give a repetitively  errant athlete another chance.</description>
