Report: Kevin Love may need surgery on broken hand
Kevin Love’s broken hand could be serious enough to require surgery, according to a report.
Yahoo Sports’s Shams Charania reported Monday that Love’s injury, which will keep him out for up to two months, may require surgery, though this is not yet determined.
Sources: Cavaliers All-Star Kevin Love is expected to be ruled out for up to two months with the fracture in his left hand. Need for surgery is still uncertain.

Whatever the case, Love is looking at an absence until late March or perhaps even the start of April. That’s not good news for a Cavaliers team that has been streaky and struggling as of late. Their playoff spot isn’t in jeopardy, but they’re probably not going to be a top seed at this rate, even if they get Love back ahead of the playoffs.
