Kobe Bryant tells Spike Lee Knicks running square, not triangle offense

Kobe Bryant angry

The Los Angeles Lakers lost to the New York Knicks 99-95 on Sunday, but the defeat didn’t keep Kobe Bryant from having some fun with the MSG crowd. In fact, he was captured on video talking some trash to none other than Spike Lee.

At one point Kobe threw a great zinger at Spike, telling him the Knicks were running a square offense rather than the triangle system preferred by team president Phil Jackson.

“Just usual stuff, just usual trash-talking stuff. Standard Spike being Spike and me being me,” Kobe said of his exchange with Spike via the New York Daily News.

You can see the video below, but it has bad language:

Bryant continued his poor shooting this season by going 6-for-19 including a pathetic 2-for-10 on threes. He’s shooting 32 percent from the field this year, but hey, at least he is still bringing the A-game when it comes to his smack talk, and he’s inspiring these awesome mashup videos.
