Lamar Odom asked if he’s still with Khloe Kardashian, flashes wedding ring
Lamar Odom has been very tough to spot in public since rumors of his alleged drug abuse and failing marriage began popping up in every gossip publication in America. On Monday, TMZ was somehow able to track Odom down and spend a few minutes chatting with the former Los Angeles Lakers forward.
Odom’s friend or manager or whoever he was with tried to cut the interview off several times, but Lamar seemed to be in a chatty mood. He spoke about eating healthy and becoming a champion. He also talked about how he feels great and that living beats the alternative, which of course is dying. The most revealing part of the chat came when the photographer asked him if he has spoken to Khloe Kardashian lately.
“Do you see my wedding ring on?” Odom asked.
TMZ has not made the video embeddable, but you can watch it here. You can’t make out the ring in the video, but the photographer acknowledged that it was there and asked if he could get a still photo of it. That obviously means Odom was trying to imply that they are still together, whether it’s true or not.
Some people are undoubtedly going to draw the conclusion that Odom was messed up because of how weird he seemed talking about “the parade” and getting all philosophical. Just last month, we were reading reports about Odom’s life revolving around smoking crack and partying and Khloe being anxious to divorce him. Odom’s willingness to chat with TMZ may cool off some of that speculation.
