LeBron James not about to throw teammates under the bus
LeBron James did not take the bait when a reporter asked him a difficult question after Game 3 on Friday.
James had 28 points and 12 rebounds in Cleveland’s 92-90 loss to the Indiana Pacers. Bojan Bogdanovic was a big story in the game because he scored a game-high 30 points for the Pacers.
After the game, a reporter asked if there’s anything LeBron can do to help bring that sort of performance out of one of the Cavaliers’ role players. James interpreter the question negatively and said he would not throw one of his teammates under the bus for not stepping up the way Bogdanovic did.

It certainly was a long-winded question, but I’m not sure I would have had the defensive reaction that James did. If anything, the question seemed to be aimed at LeBron’s leadership and whether he can do more to get his teammates to elevate their game.
Regardless, the Cavaliers sure are in trouble down 2-1 in the series.
