LeBron James still backing Browns even after leaving Cavs again
LeBron James may no longer play for an NBA team in Cleveland, but that does not mean he is going to abandon the city’s NFL franchise.
On Sunday morning, LeBron took to Twitter to express how excited he is for a new Cleveland Browns’ season to begin.
Man I swear I’m so EXCITED to watch @Browns today! I’m up like I’m headed to the stadium to prepare to play.

LeBron grew up in Ohio, so it makes sense that he is a Browns supporter. However, he has taken plenty of heat over the years for being a fair-weather fan, as he has also been spotted cheering on the Dallas Cowboys and was all-aboard the Carson Wentz train last year.
Heck, one star NFL quarterback even recently tried to recruit James to play for his team, so we may have to add another pro football team to LeBron’s list. If the Browns can’t exorcise some of their demons from recent years, it will be interesting to see how enthusiastic LeBron is about watching them play.
