The former All-Star also told Chris Haynes of ESPN that this next season will be his last one in the league.
I asked Mo Williams if there's any possibility he plays past next season, and his response was "This is my last year." Seems to be at peace.

Williams, 33, had been the subject of retirement rumors since August, two months after winning his first NBA title with the Cavs. Instead, he returns for one last hurrah hoping to build off his 2015-16 averages of 8.2 points per game, 1.8 rebounds per game, and 2.4 assists per game. Williams, who is owed $2.2 million in 2016-17, will do battle with rookie Kay Felder to serve as Kyrie Irving’s main understudy now that Matthew Dellavedova is in Milwaukee.
