Nick Young sued for allegedly attacking opponent in church league game

Los Angeles Lakers swingman Nick Young is being sued for an alleged violent incident that took place during a church league basketball game over the summer.

According to court documents obtained by TMZ, a man named Luis Solis says he was playing against Young’s team in a game in Porter Ranch, Calif., on Aug. 18 when Young became “enraged” over what he thought was a missed foul call. Thinking that Solis had gotten away with hacking him, Young allegedly began beating and kicking Solis until teammates stepped in to pull the NBA star off.

Solis claims he suffered a concussion among other injuries as a result of Young attacking him, and he is considering filing a police report. He also says Young has gotten violent during pick-up games in the past. Solis is suing Young for unspecified damages.

Interestingly enough, the alleged incident took place not long after Young went through a bunch of drama with his ex-girlfriend and former fiancee Iggy Azalea.

Young has not yet commented on the lawsuit.
