Popular NBA performer Red Panda has unicycle stolen

One of the NBA’s most famous halftime entertainers is currently dealing with a big problem.

Unicyclist Red Panda, who has appeared at numerous NBA arenas for halftime entertainment, had her unicycle stolen and is offering $2,000 for its reward.

According to her agent Pat Figley, Red Panda has been devastated since her unicycle’s disappearance on Jan. 24.

“She’s heartbroken,” Figley told Lisa Fernandez of KTVU on Wednesday. “It’s like her baby was kidnapped. She’s had that unicycle for 30 years.”

Red Panda, real name Rong Niu, was waiting for her baggage which contained the unicycle at the San Francisco airport, but someone grabbed it before it could get to her. It is entirely possible that it was done by mistake, and if so, no questions will be asked if it is returned.

Hopefully Red Panda can find her unicycle. Maybe she can enlist the folks who helped track down Tom Brady’s stolen Super Bowl jersey to help her out.
