Rudy Gobert twists ankle late against Clippers (Video)
Rudy Gobert twisted his ankle during the third quarter of the Utah Jazz’s loss to the Los Angeles Clippers in Game 6 of their playoff series on Friday night.
Gobert landed on Austin Rivers as he was coming down from jumping for a rebound following a missed free throw. The injury occurred in the final minute of the third.

Gobert left the game and did not return until 7:16 left in the fourth quarter. He only played a few minutes before being subbed out again after picking up a foul.
Utah came back from down by 14 with 3:31 left and made it a 3-point game with 43 seconds left after a Gordon Hayward 3-pointer. They missed the big man in the middle down the stretch. The Clippers hung on for a 98-93 win to force a Game 7.
Gobert’s ankle will be something to watch for during Game 7 on Sunday.
