Russell Westbrook gives great response to question by Heather Cox (Video)
The Lakers were definitely one of the winner’s of Tuesday’s NBA Draft Lottery, leaving the New York Hilton Midtown with the second overall pick. Russell Westbrook was also the subject of conversation afterward, for his response to a question asked by Heather Cox.
Westbrook was at the lottery representing the Thunder. Prior to the draft order being announced, Cox asked Westbrook what he could do to help his team for the future. Westbrook responded with, “You see my shirt?”
As usual, the Thunder guard made a statement with his attire. However, neither his presence nor the shirt proved to be lucky as Oklahoma City with have the 14th pick in next month’s draft.
