NBA gave Stephen Jackson a Samsung tablet; he gave it to a Warriors arena worker

Stephen-Jackson-re-gift

Los Angeles Clippers forward Stephen Jackson is a re-gifter. No, not that kind of re-gifter. Most people who re-gift are too lazy or cheap to go out and buy a gift, so they just pass something on that was given to them. I guess you could say Jackson did that, but he did it with an electronic device that costs hundreds of dollars.

As part of the NBA’s Christmas Day celebration, players were given Samsung Galaxy Note tablets from the league. Since these same players have made millions of dollars throughout their careers, Jackson decided to give his to an arena worker. The best part is the Clippers were playing on the road against the Golden State Warriors — Jackson’s former team. Perhaps he knew the employee.

“Season for giving,” Jackson wrote on Instagram. “NBA gave me a gift. I gave it to a girl that worked at Warriors arena.”

We have seen Jackson do some pretty dumb things over the years, but this is not one of them. Kudos to him for making someone’s holiday more memorable.
