Tristan Thompson dunked on Timofey Mozgov during pregame, gave him bloody nose (Video)

Sunday’s game between the Hawks and Cavaliers was a physical one and, at times, the referees let the two teams play. Even before the game got underway, things got physical when the Cavaliers were warming up.

Tristan Thompson aggressively went to the basket and finished with a left-handed dunk over teammate Timofey Mozgov. However, Thompson’s right arm caught Mozgov in the face. The result was a bloody nose for the Cavaliers center. Of course, there were no hard feelings with the two later exchanged pleasantries and sharing a laugh.

I guess we can’t say the Cavaliers don’t practice hard. Well certainly know Tristan Thompson and Timofey Mozgov do.
