Bryant player dribbles out clock mistakenly thinking his team was ahead

Bryant freshman Ikenna Ndugba is going to go down in infamy for this ridiculous brainfart.

With under 15 seconds left in his team’s game against Brown on Monday, Nisre Zouzoua hit a 3-pointer to give the Bulldogs a 90-89 lead.

But the game didn’t end there.

Brown went down the court and made a layup with under four seconds left to regain the lead at 91-90.

Bryant inbounded the ball to Ndugba, needing a basket to win the game. But Ndugba apparently didn’t realize the score and leisurely dribbled out the clock around mid-court, threw the ball up in the air to celebrate as if his team had won, and sought a teammate for a high-five.
