		<description>Calipari is doing a very smart thing to help him gain all of the advantages Gillispie didn&#039;t have.  He is kissing up to the administration and the alumni, which is the smart thing to do.  His personality will enable him to recruit better players.

All of the above are absolute necessities when you are as poor a bench coach as Calipari.</description>
