Louisville player thought reporter Tracy Wolfson was a spy
Playing in the NCAA Tournament can be a new experience for many teams and players, as the attention surrounding the event is unlike anything many of them have previously seen. That seems to have been the case for a Louisville player.
After the second-seeded Cardinals beat Jacksonville State in the first round of the tournament on Friday, Louisville coach Rick Pitino shared a funny story to make a point about the team’s youth and lack of experience. According to Pitino, one of the players thought CBS reporter Tracy Wolfson was a spy.
Pitino “To show you how inexperienced we are, we had a player say ‘There’s a lady in our huddle stealing our plays.’ It was @tracywolfson."

Well, technically she is a spy for CBS, but she’s not trying to steal information to help an opponent. She’s just trying to have information to use on TV.
No sweat, Louisville.
