Report: Ole Miss, Andy Kennedy parting ways after season

After 12 years at the helm, Andy Kennedy is reportedly leaving Ole Miss at season’s end.

ESPN’s Jeff Goodman reported Monday that Kennedy is leaving his position as basketball coach at the end of the season despite having one year remaining on his contract.

Kennedy has a 245-150 career record at Ole Miss, though he only made two NCAA Tournaments in his dozen years at the helm. The Rebels have stagnated this season at just 11-14, which could wind up being the first and only losing season of Kennedy’s tenure.
