One Shining Moment Video Caps Weak College Basketball Season

The 2011 NCAA tournament came to an end, and with it we can now forget about college basketball for the next nine months. But before it all came to a close, not only did we get a 9th place team as our national champion, but we also got the annual tournament-closing video, One Shining Moment. The good news is the Luther Vandross version was used unlike last year. Here is the 2011 One Shining Moment video via Jose3030:

I know One Shining Moment is an annual tradition and excellent way to close out the season, but I have to be honest, there just weren’t very many touching moments from this year’s tournament. That’s reality. It’s sad to say it, but this was just a down year in college hoops. Oh yeah, and where was the clip of Shaka Smart taking the charge during practice? That was one of my favorite images from the tourney and they left it out. Shame.
