Adoree Jackson says he still has not made a college decision

Adoree Jackson

Only 12 hours away from the time when he was scheduled to make his signing day announcement, Adoree Jackson claimed he still hadn’t made a decision.

Here’s what Jackson tweeted late on Tuesday night:

Do you believe this kid? Jackson is a five-star recruit from Junipero Serra High School in Gardena, Calif. He can play both ways and is choosing between two local schools — UCLA and USC — and SEC schools Florida and LSU. He has been one of the most enigmatic recruits throughout the process and the most difficult to get a read on. But if history says anything, he’ll be headed to the Trojans, which is where Serra’s last two marquee wide receivers went (Robert Woods and Marqise Lee). It’s also notable that Jackson was enthusiastic about USC firing Lane Kiffin and hiring Steve Sarkisian.

Still, regardless of what he says, it’s hard to buy that he still didn’t know which school he was choosing when he was less than 12 hours away from making the announcement. I guess some guys just love the attention.
