Alabama players have poster reminding them of losses above their lockers

Alabama cost itself a shot at the BCS National Championship by losing to Auburn on one of the most incredible endings to a game that you will ever witness. The Crimson Tide still managed to claim a spot in the Sugar Bowl, but they embarrassed themselves by losing 45-31 to Oklahoma. On the positive side, Nick Saban now has something to use as motivation for his players.

A poster is currently hanging above every player’s locker in the Alabama locker room that reads as follows:

“If you continue to do the same thing you have always done, you will get the same result. Guaranteed. 0-2”

Alabama actually finished the season 11-2, but the final two games of the season were losses. Last year, the Tide won the National Championship. Despite achieving their ultimate goal, Saban still chose to hang little Texas A&M logos around the weight room to remind the team that they were not perfect. Back-to-back losses to end the season makes it that much easier.
