Dorial Green-Beckham to transfer to Eastern Illinois?

Dorial Green-Beckham may be headed to Eastern Illinois, according to a report.

247 Sports’ Josh Newberg reports that Green-Beckham will likely transfer to Eastern Illinois — an FCS program — where he would be immediately eligible to play.

Green-Beckham was one of the top high school recruits in the 2012 recruiting class and played at Missouri as a true freshman. He had 59 catches for 883 yards and 12 touchdowns as a sophomore last season, showing signs of the play-making ability that made him a highly-touted recruit.

Green-Beckham was kicked off Missouri’s football team earlier this month following a series of off-field incidents. The latest of which was an alleged incident where he supposedly forced his way into his girlfriend’s apartment and grabbed her by the neck.

In addition to Green-Beckham, 247 Sports says former Kentucky quarterback Jalen Whitlow is also likely headed to EIU.
