Look: Fans rally for Urban Meyer at Ohio Stadium
Urban Meyer still has support among the Ohio State fandom.
An estimated hundred-plus people gathered at Ohio Stadium on Monday afternoon in support of Meyer, who is on administrative leave as his knowledge of a former assistant’s alleged abuse is probed by the university. Many brought signs critical of the reporting around the case.

Many of the signs were critical of the reporting around the story. Some referenced college football reporter Brett McMurphy, who originally broke the story. ESPN was also a frequent target, particularly Paul Finebaum, who has been very critical of Meyer as the story has unfolded.
Ohio State will conduct its own investigation quite quickly. No matter how it ends, expect some fans to back Meyer no matter what solely because of how successful he has been on the field.
