Josh Rosen reportedly expected to miss rest of season with shoulder injury

Josh Rosen

UCLA quarterback Josh Rosen is reportedly in danger of missing the remainder of the season with the shoulder injury he has been dealing with.

Bruins head coach Jim Mora revealed last week that Rosen has a nerve issue in his throwing shoulder. According to Bruin Report Online, the injury is likely to keep Rosen out for the rest of the year.

Rosen suffered the injury toward the end of UCLA’s game against Arizona State on Oct. 8. Reports we heard from a recent practice indicated he is still struggling to throw the football, so it’s no surprise we may not see the sophomore again until 2017.

As one of the top NFL quarterback prospects in the country, Rosen will be looking to bounce back with a big junior season next year. It’s unclear if he will declare for the draft next year or return for his senior season.
