Oklahoma State CB Madre Harper dismissed from team
The Oklahoma State Cowboys are now 3-0 with a +110 point differential to open the season, but it isn’t quite all smooth sailing for them.
Cowboys coach Mike Gundy said Saturday that sophomore cornerback Madre Harper has been dismissed from the team, per Mark Cooper of Tulsa World.
Mike Gundy said CB Madre Harper is no longer on the team. He said WR Tyron Johnson will be back tomorrow. #okstate

While Gundy did not specify the grounds for Harper’s dismissal, he is now the second member of the Oklahoma State defense to be removed from the team in under a week. Gundy also announced the dismissal of freshman linebacker Brendan Vaughn on Tuesday after a felony marijuana arrest last weekend.
On the bright side though, at least it’s not the most embarrassing week of behavior by the Oklahoma State football team that we’ve seen in recent years.
