Oregon national champion hats headed to third-world country
Clothing manufacturers have to be prepared for any outcome after championship games, so they always make two copies of everything — one for each team depending on who wins.
Oregon got blitzed by the Buckeyes in the title game, so that means all those boxes of Ducks championship gear are headed to third-world countries where they will be mere blems, representing what could have happened but had everything gone right in the championship game but didn’t.
One person in attendance even located the hats made for Oregon in case the Ducks won the championship and tried to buy one.
Just offered the guy $150 for one. He turned me down. pic.twitter.com/1CvkKoecyF

If you want one, you might have to head to Nicaragua for that; that’s where a lot of the wrong team championship gear ends up.
