Recruit Carson Beck commits to play football and baseball at Alabama
Recruit Carson Beck was debating between playing baseball at Florida or football at Alabama in college. Instead, he’s deciding to try both at Alabama.
Beck, a 6-foot-4 quarterback, announced via Twitter Tuesday that he has committed to the Crimson Tide for both sports.

Beck chose Alabama over Miami, Florida, Florida Atlantic and Boston College. He is entering his junior year of high school in Jacksonville, Fla., where he plays both sports.
Beck is listed as a pro-style quarterback in football. The class of 2020 recruit plays multiple sports in baseball.
