North Dakota Fan Flips Off Michigan Hockey Player Scooter Vaughan

Michigan beat North Dakota 2-0 to advance to the finals of the Frozen Four, much to the dismay of at least one Fighting Sioux fan. Check out the video of this guy flipping off Michigan player Scooter Vaughan at the end of the Frozen Four semis, courtesy of Bubba Prog at Mock Session:

That came right after Scooter Vaughan scored an empty-net goal to make it 2-0, all but ending the top-ranked Sioux’s season. Michigan will face Minnesota-Duluth in the National Championship Game on Saturday while North Dakota goes home.

I don’t know about you, but I think this guy may have earned himself a spot in our crazy fans section alongside the Colombian soccer fans who took a dead body.

At least he didn’t spit on him. I guess the glass prevents fans from doing that at hockey games.

And yet nobody thinks it’s inappropriate that the michigan player caparusso skates in giving the fan the middle finger? If I were Red Berenson, I’d be all over that guy…
