Peyton Siva hands it to blogger who made Peyton Siva joke
Former Louisville point guard Peyton Siva served up a blogger who cracked a Peyton Siva joke over Twitter Thursday during the NCAA Tournament.
Our buddy Kevin Clancy, who is the lead blogger for NYC Barstool, made a joke about Aaron Craft after the longtime Ohio State point guard’s career came to an end following a loss to Dayton in the first round.

Siva somehow saw the tweet and responded with a surprised face emoticon:
