Aaron Hernandez reportedly involved in prison fight

Aaron Hernandez

Former New England Patriots tight end Aaron Hernandez was reportedly involved in a prison fight on Tuesday.

According to CNN, Hernandez did not throw any swings of his own. He apparently agreed to be the lookout for another Souza-Baranowski Correctional Center inmate who went to a fellow prisoner’s cell to start a fight. Hernandez and the other two inmates all faced discipline, with Hernandez being placed in a special management section of the facility.

CNN also reports that the fight was believed to be gang-related.

If you remember, this is not the first time Hernandez has been involved in an incident while behind bars. He reportedly beat up an inmate who was wearing handcuffs last year and later threatened to kill a jail officer.

Hernandez, 25, has been convicted in the shooting death of Odin Lloyd. He is currently awaiting another trial date after being charged with a 2012 double murder in Boston.
