Adrian Peterson will not play Saturday against Packers
Adrian Peterson is right back on the shelf a week after returning.
Peterson will not play Saturday against the Green Bay Packers, as he is still dealing with the injury to his knee as well as a new one to his groin.
The #Vikings have ruled RB Adrian Peterson out for tomorrow's game vs #Packers.

The groin is new and the knee stems from Peterson’s early-season MCL injury. It’s not entirely clear how serious these injuries are, and whether he could have played through them in a more pressing situation. The Vikings are probably out of the playoffs, and you have to wonder if Peterson will be held out of the final two games of the year at this point.
