Antonio Brown reportedly has calf bruise; X-rays negative
Antonio Brown left Sunday’s Pittsburgh Steelers-New England Patriots game in the second quarter with what the team said was a calf injury.
Brown was hurt trying to make a catch in the end zone when two defenders converged on him.

Brown had to be helped off the field and then was taken into the stadium for examination. The Steelers announced Brown has a calf injury and termed him questionable to return.

NFL Media’s Ian Rapoport later said Brown has a bone bruise and that X-rays were negative.

The league’s leading receiver had two catches for 23 yards before leaving the game.
