Report: Aqib Talib won’t face NFL discipline over gunshot incident
Denver Broncos cornerback Aqib Talib is not expected to face disciplinary action from the NFL over the incident he was involved in during the offseason that landed him in the hospital with a gunshot wound.
According to NFL Media’s Ian Rapoport, Talib will not be fined or suspended unless new evidence is uncovered.

We still don’t know exactly what happened back in June that resulted in Talib being shot in the calf. Original reports claimed the 30-year-old was shot at a nightclub, but even that is unclear. Talib was fortunate to avoid a serious injury, and there were even rumblings at one point that he accidentally shot himself.
When you hear what Talib said to police about the incident, you’ll understand why nothing has come of the investigation.
