Arian Foster sued by baby mama who claims he pressured her to get an abortion

Arian-Foster-Rips-Fantasy-OwnersHouston Texans running back Arian Foster has reportedly been sued by a woman who is carrying his child. On Monday, TMZ reported that a woman named Brittany has filed a lawsuit against the Pro Bowler claiming he has been pressuring her into getting an abortion.

Brittany, who says she is 17 weeks pregnant and obtained a DNA test showing their is a 99.9% probability that Foster is the father, is seeking child support, a restraining order and damages for emotional distress. According to court documents obtained by TMZ, she reportedly claims Foster “constantly harassed [her] to get an abortion for the child” and “used family members to additionally harass [her] to get an abortion.” She says Foster’s brother approached her and told her that she would get an abortion if she truly loves Arian.

Naturally, there are two sides to the story. In a separate report, TMZ noted that Foster believes Brittany is attempting to use the unborn child to launch a reality television career. He claims she has referred to herself as a “blondashian” and is asking a judge put a hush on her before the legal battle gets out of hand. Foster is currently married.

Foster reportedly included a screenshot of Brittany’s Twitter page in court documents that shows she wrote, “Shooting interviews for the last casting reel for my family’s reality show #blondashians.” That is why he believes she is trying to draw additional media attention to herself.

Foster has been married to his wife Romina since 2011, so the lawsuit is likely just one of his problems if the child is in fact his.
